I cannot remember exactly how I came across Marcus Ltd but it was about 6 years ago now! I needed help with a router issue that meant my reception computers and my computer were not connected to the server and stopped working. As you can imagine in a dental practice we need our reception computers to deal with patient’s telephone calls, to report a patient’s attendance and take any payment required!
My first point of contact was speaking to Steve Sault, he is very knowledgable and agreed to send out a computer genius to help with our issue.
Every employee of Marcus Ltd has extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software which is the most important thing to a customer but also they explain things clearly and in layman’s terms so you understand what you need.
They help us with hosting our website, setting up email accounts and remote access for solving software issues.
They charge a good fair price for the service that they deliver and they quote for the work they are going to complete for you. We recently asked Steve to quote for upgrading our Windows XP to Windows 7, which he did but my boss felt I could do the upgrade, even though I did do the upgrade Alex showed me what I needed to do and supported me all the way. They understand businesses needs to be as cost effective as possible and will tailor their support as necessary.
